Feature: PARIS LAUNDRY SPRING/SUMMER 25 COLLECTION

New York-based luxury streetwear brand, Paris Laundry unveiled their Spring-Summer 2025 Collection aptly named Self Destruction, at an exclusive Summer Kickoff Party at their NYC flagship location in Tribeca. This special preview was an exciting opportunity for a select few to view the new collection before it heads off to the European Menswear Markets. Guests kicked off summer with music by DJ Mazurbate, while enjoying Tipsy Scoop Ice Cream and Mezcalita Cocktails crafted with Banhez mezcal, Libelula tequila, and Combier Triple Sec.

Paris Laundry Founder Guy Samuel enjoyed the evening with guests such as DJ Mazurbate, Leon Thomas III, Daquan Earle, Bloody Osiris, Bloody Dior, Cjay Syre, Crystal Dunn-Paris, Eric West.

Guy Samuel draws inspiration from the vibrant energy of his favorite neighborhoods around the globe and a profound appreciation for Japanese culture, including its fabrications and films. The Spring-Summer 2025 collection is a masterful blend of urbanism and destruction offering a modern interpretation of contemporary culture and its surroundings for the next generation of streetwear enthusiasts.

Each piece is meticulously crafted to evoke the essence of the location it is named for. It combines premium fabrics such as Washi Paper Yarn, which utilizes the inner fibers of plants, with innovative weaving techniques such as Shoji, named after the woven pattern of Japanese movable walls that inspired it.

The collection boasts a variety of statement pieces, including sleek woven leather and denim outerwear, the relaxed Bowery Short Set and Oversized Bowery Shirt, and the slouchy Rodeo Drive jeans with a cool LA Western vibe. Paris Laundry's staple SoHo jeans channel the artistic spirit of the neighborhood, while the garment-dyed and vintage-washed Chelsea Shirt & Pants feature extra zippers for easy adjustability.

Captured by Paris Mumpower, the imagery shot on film is a visual feast, highlighting the intricate details and craftsmanship of each garment. Mumpower's evocative photography transports viewers to a world where Guy Samuel's luxury streetwear meets everyday life, showcasing the collection's versatility and appeal. Anna Trevelyan's styling brings an avant-garde edge to the collection, infusing each look with her signature flair for juxtaposing contemporary trends.
