Mid-January, YOUNG POSSE fans in Texas were surprised with a pleasant spring gift when the group announced their first Texas tour. Following the March 2nd release of their special album and its title track COLD, featuring 10CM, YOUNG POSSE made sure to give “The Lone Star State" a truly one-of-a-kind performance.
Starting in San Antonio, the group kept the energy high as they made their way through Houston, Austin, College Station, and finally Dallas-Fort Worth. The setlist featured standout hits like XXL, Macaroni Cheese, ATE THAT, and their latest releases COLD and Blue Dot—alongside covers of Surround Sound (JID), TEXAS HOLD ‘EM (Beyoncé), Finesse (Bruno Mars) and more. With their signature stage presence and live hand mic performances, YOUNG POSSE once again proved why they are growing to be one of K-Pop’s most exciting rising acts.
YOUNG POSSE’s efforts to connect with their global fan base don’t stop here. Recently, on March 30th, the group had an album release event in Japan, and is now preparing for a fan concert in Hong Kong on April 30th.
If you’re looking for an introduction to the talent of these five girls, check out the title track of their new album, COLD—a melancholic modern rock song infused with a classical boom bap twist. GR8T
